Our earrings are made of genuine leather, or Souffle Polymer Clay. All hardware is lead and nickel free making them hypoallergenic. Backings are made of silicone for secure and comfort fit.

Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email when your order is received on our end and another when it has been shipped. Local shipping within Newfoundland takes between 2-5 business days, other parts of Canada is generally between 5-10 days.

Worldwide Shipping can take 5-15 business days.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final.

However, If there is a defect with your product, please contact us within 30 days of your shipment. You must include a description and photo so we can address your concern (email knotswooden@gmail.com).

If the defect is significant and the item is not wearable, you will be issued a full credit to put towards any future purchases made on this website.
