However, if an item is faulty or is damaged upon arrival, you will have up to 30 days from the shipment date to contact Wooden Knots via email (knotswooden@gmail.com) to explain the damage and include a photo.

If the damage is extensive and not wearable, a coupon will be issued for the full value of your item. The coupon can be used towards any future purchases made on this website.
