SHIPPING POLICY: 
 

My current processing time is 3-5 business days (excluding weekends) prior to shipment but usually I try to get orders out in 1-3 business days.
 

Custom Orders & Wholesale Orders have 7-14 business day processing time.

 

 I offer standard shipping within Canada for $4.00 CA. This is 7-10 business days through Canada Post and is an UNTRACKED parcel with NO insurance.

Expedited Shipping (Canada Only) is a flat rate of $15.00. This is 3-5 business days through Canada Post. This shipping service is tracked and insured.

All other Countries shipping is a flat rate of $15.00.

 

REFUND POLICY:

All items are final sale

 

However; I will gladly offer a refund only if the product has been damaged or lost in the mail. Contact my email knotswooden@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Include pictures if the item has been damaged.
